Ráday Museum
Hungarian reformed church art objects are on display in the Ráday Museum in Kecskemét, a middle size, traditionally Calvinist town south-east of Budapest. The collection was established in 1967, and the museum was created in 1983. The greater part of the collection presents church objects, precious metal handicraft as well as pottery and textile objects, which serve as tangible mementos of faith of past generations and their bond to our Church.
Covering a large time period, the materials in the exhibition demonstrate a rich and colourful picture of Reformed liturgy and everyday church life.
